THE PREPARATION
The Medical Innovations Incubator and the University of Tuebingen brought together more than 40 scientists, medical doctors and business people in order to innovate medicine. 100 days of MedTech Startup School meant 100 days of hard work, idea generation, business modelling, pitch training, networking and many more. We are extremely glad to be supported by excellent coaches and mentors like – to name just a few – Daniel Bartel/Mak3It, Nils Hoegsdal, Dinah Murad/Med2Market, Dirk Lehmann, Mario Buric/Crowd Nine, Ralf Kindervater and Marion Kauth/BIOPRO Baden-Württemberg and Marc Trömel/VICO.
THE OUTCOME
Within the last 100 days our Junior Fellows teamed up to nine startups. Their projects have a wide range from smart wearables, process innovations at the hospital, biosignal measurement implants and digital health to home rehabilitation and home care. Now they are looking for investors, business angels and partners from industry.
