The most important thing you and we need is your motivation. But further a lot of different qualifications are needed. Starting from medical doctors to engineers, programmers, lawyers, business people, work experience in a relevant field, biologist and many others. You don´t need to have a PhD in rocket science, but if you think you could somehow contribute with your motiviation and competences, you are welcome to apply.
