Inspiring stories of failure and fight
At our first Lean Monday we met familiar faces and a bunch of newbies that were interested in the lectures. Everyone received a lot of input. Daniel Bartel and Nils Hoegsdal framed the day with their lectures. They introduced us to the summer program and explained the next barriers to break down. Also Meng Weng Wong from JFDI inspired with a funny and engaging speech on possible failures and depressions that might come along within the process of founding a startup. Julia Ingenkamp from Bosch comforted the participants by sharing some problems even a huge company like Bosch had when building its startup “Bosch Ebikes”.
While all of the speakers at Lean Monday #1 shared hurdles, breakdowns and disappointments of their startup histories, they came to the inspiring conclusion: failure is often productive and subsequent success drowns out the hard times!
